Mukesh Kumar Suman is an advocate and legal author based in Delhi. He has rich experience across diverse practice areas including Civil, Commercial , Criminal , Employment/Labour, Family Matters, Trademark & Copyright, Arbitration and Corporate Insolvency Matters. He has represented clients before several judicial and quasi-judicial forums including district courts, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Mukesh completed his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in 2013 and has since been actively contributing to the legal profession through legal practice, advisory work, litigation and legal writing.

Mukesh has also authored several legal books including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016- A Paradigm Shift, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 – A Concise Commentary, Fundamentals of Indian Constitution, Supreme Court Judgments on Indian Constitution , Supreme Court Judgments on IBC and The Industrial Relations Code : The New Framework for Industrial Peace. Mukesh is also a trained mediator certified by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court.

Mukesh has extensively worked in IBC domain. Mukesh has represented several Resolutional Professionals Liquidators and other Stakeholders before NCLT, NCLAT & other Forums.
