Mukesh Kumar Suman is an advocate, author and educator based at Delhi. He has rich experience across diverse practice areas including Civil, Commercial , Criminal , Employment/Labour, Family Matters, Trademark & Copyright, Corporate , Arbitration and Corporate Insolvency Matters.

Mukesh has completed LL.B from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2013 and thereafter he has been practising before Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, District Courts and several other judicial forums.

Mukesh has also authored several legal books including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016- A Paradigm Shift, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 – A Concise Commentary, Fundamentals of Indian Constitution, Supreme Court Judgments on Indian Constitution , Supreme Court Judgments on IBC and The Industrial Relations Code : The New Framework for Industrial Peace. Mukesh is also a trained mediator from Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court.
