- That the Complainant is filing this complaint under Section 156 (3) CrPC for directing the SHO to lodge FIR against Mr. X and Y.
- That the complainant has a big haveli at Ramgarh. The Complainant had converted some of parts of the haveli in hotel. The haveli is available for booking online as well offline. A few days back Mr. X and Mr. Y had booked one of the rooms at my haveli online.
- That Mr. X and Mr. Y had represented they are tourists and had come to visit some historical places at Ramgarh. Sometimes they used to sit with the Complainant and discuss about history of Ramgarh. The complainant was unaware about their evil design. They had only befriended me so that they can know where all the valuables are kept.
- That on xxxxxx around 2 a.m, when everybody else were sleeping, Mr. X and Mr. Y entered the complainant’s room and tied the complainant with ropes. They broke Complainant’s tijori and stolen one crore of rupees. They had also pasted tape on the Complainant’s mouth as such the Complainant could not cry for help. Only in the morning when servants visited my room, they untied me.
- That Mr. X and Mr. Y are seasoned criminals with criminal antecedents and had been imprisoned in various jails in the past.
- That the Complainant has already field complaint before the SHO, but as FIR has not been registered despite numerous follow ups. Copy of Complaint is attached herewith and marked as Annexure A.
PRAYER
In light of aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is there prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to:
- Direct the SHO to register FIR against Mr. X and Mr. Y under appropriate provision of IPC and initiate investigation in the matter.
- Pass any further order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper.
